生物活性

BML-210 is a potent HDAC inhibitor. BML-210 can inhibit the HDAC4-VP16-driven reporter signal with an apparent IC₅₀ of ～5?μM. BML-210 has a specific disruptive effect on the HDAC4:MEF2 interaction. BML-210 causes an increase in the G0/G1 phase. BML-210 induces apoptosis and displays antitumour activities in orthotopic mammary tumours in mice.

Incubation Time:	24, 48 hours
Result:	Inhibited cell proliferation and growth inhibition of NB4 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner.

Cell Cycle Analysis

Cell Line:	NB4 cells

Result:	Caused a decrease in the proportion of NB4 cells in the S phase and an increase in the G0/G1 phase. Caused an increase in the G0/G1 phase up to 70% at 24 and 48 h with 10 μM.

此方案可获得 ≥ 2.5 mg/mL (7.37 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液，此方案不适用于实验周期在半个月以上的实验。
以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 25.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 900 μL玉米油中，混合均匀。
