Arachidonylcyclopropylamide (ACPA) is a potent and selective CB1 receptors agonist. Arachidonylcyclopropylamide inhibits forskolin-stimulated cAMP production in CHO cells transfected with human cannabinoid CB1 receptors (IC 50 =2 nM).
