Arachidonoyl Serinol, an endogenous cannabimimetic metabolite, is an inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL). Arachidonoyl Serinol inhibits the hydrolysis of [H]2-oleoylglycerol and [H]anandamide with IC 50 s of ~70 μM.
