Cholesterol Water Soluble can be used for the research of the effects of cholesterol on the potassium currents in inner hair cells (IHCs). Cholesterol is an integral component of the cell membrane and regulates the activity of ion channels in the lipid bilayer.
性状
Solid
(In Vitro)
In solution of 1mM water-soluble cholesterol, the amplitude of K currents in isolated IHCs is reversely changed. has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
Room temperature in continental US; may vary elsewhere.

The molarity calculator equation
Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) × Volume (L) × Molecular Weight (g/mol)
The dilution calculator equation
Concentration (start) × Volume (start) = Concentration (final) × Volume (final)
This equation is commonly abbreviated as: C1V1 = C2V2
