产品详情	Malachite green oxalate 是一种三苯基甲烷染料，可用于检测酶促反应中磷酸盐的释放。Malachite green oxalate 也是一种有效和选择性的 IKBKE 抑制剂，同时抑制其下游靶标，如 IκBα，p65 和 IRF3。Malachite green oxalate 在体外和体内均表现出抗肿瘤活性。
生物活性	Malachite green oxalate is a triphenylmethane dye which can be used to detect the release of phosphate in enzymatic reactions. Malachite green oxalate is also a potent and selective inhibitor of IKBKE, and inhibits its downstream targets such as IκBα, p65 and IRF3. Malachite green oxalate exhibits antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo.
