产品详情	Artemisinin-d₃ 是 Artemisinin 的氘代物。Artemisinin (Qinghaosu) 是一种倍半萜烯内酯，从青蒿 (Artemisia annua L.) 植物的地上部分分离的抗疟疾药物。Artemisinin 以剂量依赖性方式降低 pAKT 来抑制 AKT 信号通路。Artemisinin 可减少癌细胞的增殖，迁移，侵袭，肿瘤发生和转移，同时 Artemisinin 有神经保护作用。
生物活性	Artemisinin-d 3 is the deuterium labeled Artemisinin. Artemisinin (Qinghaosu), a sesquiterpene lactone, is an anti-malarial drug isolated from the aerial parts of Artemisia annua L. plants[1]. Artemisinin inhibits AKT signaling pathway by decreasing pAKT in a dose-dependent manner. Artemisinin reduces cancer cell proliferation, migration, invasion, tumorigenesis and metastasis and has neuroprotective effects[2].
