产品详情	Methotrexate-d₃ 是 Methotrexate 的氘代物。Methotrexate (Amethopterin) 是一种抗代谢 (antimetabolite) 和抗叶酸剂 (antifolate)，可抑制二氢叶酸还原酶，从而防止叶酸转化为四氢叶酸并抑制 DNA 合成。Methotrexate也是一种免疫抑制剂和抗肿瘤剂，用于类风湿关节炎和研究多种癌症 (如急性淋巴细胞白血病)。
生物活性	Methotrexate-d 3 (Amethopterin-d3) is the deuterium labeled Methotrexate. Methotrexate (Amethopterin), an antimetabolite and antifolate agent, inhibits the enzyme dihydrofolate reductase, thereby preventing the conversion of folic acid into tetrahydrofolate, and inhibiting DNA synthesis. Methotrexate, also an immunosuppressant and antineoplastic agent, is used for the research of rheumatoid arthritis and a number of different cancers (such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia)[1][2][3].
