(In Vitro)
MethADP (AMP-CP: 20 μM) causes a marked inhibition of adenosine formation (0.96±0.96 μM) compared to untreated controls (9.6±1.5 μM) in A498 and RT4 cells, and MethADP (100 μM) completely inhibits the adenosine formation. has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

The molarity calculator equation
Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) × Volume (L) × Molecular Weight (g/mol)
The dilution calculator equation
Concentration (start) × Volume (start) = Concentration (final) × Volume (final)
This equation is commonly abbreviated as: C1V1 = C2V2
