Boc-MLF (TFA) is a peptide, used as a specific formyl peptide receptor (FPR) antagonist, also inhibits the signaling through formyl peptide receptor like 1 (FPRL1) at higher concentrations.
性状
Solid
IC50 & Target[1][2]
FPR/FPRL1
(In Vitro)
Boc-MLF inhibits superoxide production induced by FPR agonist fMLF, with an EC50 of 630 nM in neutrophils.
Boc-MLF (25 μM) blocks FPRL1-agonist serum amyloid A (SAA) induced calcium response. has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

The molarity calculator equation
Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) × Volume (L) × Molecular Weight (g/mol)
The dilution calculator equation
Concentration (start) × Volume (start) = Concentration (final) × Volume (final)
This equation is commonly abbreviated as: C1V1 = C2V2
