生物活性    
Gastrodin, a main constituent of a Chinese herbal medicine Tianma, has been known to display anti-inflammatory effects. Gastrodin inhibits ethanol-induced hepatocellular apoptosis. Gastrodin inhibits H2O2-induced ferroptosis through its antioxidative effect. Gastrodin can be used for study of dizziness, epilepsy, stroke and dementia[1][2][3].

腹腔注射 Gastrodin 10 mg/kg 或 50 mg/kg，每天一次，持续 15 天，可显著抑制因急性高眼压 (AOH) 损伤引起的视网膜神经节细胞 (RGC) 的丢失。AOH 后 2 周，腹腔注射 Gastrodin1 10 mg/kg 和 50 mg/kg 的大鼠视网膜 Iba1 阳性小胶质细胞数量明显减少，分别为231.3±54.3个/mm2 和 201.9±43.1个/mm2[1]。

生物活性与科研应用
描述：天麻素是中草药天麻的主要成分，具有抗炎、镇静、催眠及神经保护作用，广泛应用于治疗头晕、癫痫、中风和痴呆症等疾病。
实验数据：研究表明，天麻素可通过降低TNF-α和iNOS的mRNA表达水平，抑制视网膜神经节细胞（RGC）的损失，并减少小胶质细胞的活化。
