This study examines the effects of camphor on human primary dermal fibroblasts and mouse skin exposed to UV radiation. Camphor was found to induce cell proliferation and exhibit anti-senescence activities. In mouse skin, camphor application reduced wrinkle formation induced by UV exposure. The study highlights the potential of camphor as an active ingredient in anti-aging skincare formulations.
